Chris is a passionate snowboarder, mountain biker, and wakeboarder with over a decade of experience as a snowboard instructor. His love for mountain sports fuels his mission to help people excel in their favorite activities with greater strength, mobility, and confidence. As a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and FRC Movement Specialist, Chris specializes in training that builds muscle, enhances mobility, and supports joint health. Recognizing that an active lifestyle requires a holistic approach, he integrates fitness, nutrition, and recovery strategies into his coaching to help mountain athletes thrive. Chris's goal is to help mountain athletes undo years of wear and tear on their bodies so they can dominate the mountain for the rest of their lives.

Eka Likoria
NASM CPT | NAMS Certified Nutrition Consultant
Eka is a strength and nutrition coach who helps people reconnect with their bodies and build lasting strength. Her approach blends science-based nutrition and exercise physiology with nervous system awareness to support sustainable training and a grounded relationship with the body. She holds a NASM CPT and a National Academy of Metabolic Science Nutrition Consultant certification.
Eka's path into coaching began in the circus — spending over twenty years as a professional aerialist gave her a deep respect for the body's capacity for strength, adaptation, and expression. Today she helps clients feel stronger, more supported, and more at home in their bodies through sustainable strength training, supportive nutrition habits, and building consistency and self-trust.

Trevor Houghton
ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) CPT
Born and raised in Truckee, CA, Trevor has enjoyed outdoor activities for his whole life and understands the physical fitness needed for sports such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing and more. He played team sports at Truckee High School and played lacrosse at the college level at Humboldt State University, where he also completed his degree in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science.Trevor currently competes in Kettlebell Sport competitions throughout the year which keeps him grounded and focused on personal goals. He is certified through the ACSM as a personal trainer, and has been active in the gym for 15 years. He also teaches skiing as an instructor at Sugar Bowl resort.

Her diverse background and supportive coaching style make every session both effective and enjoyable.
