Whether you ski or snowboard, our 4-week Winter Fit Series is designed to build the strength, mobility, and flexibility you need to conquer the slopes. Limited to just 6 participants, this personalized program ensures you're fully prepared for the winter season.

Unlike cookie-cutter approaches, our experienced coaches provide tailored training in a group setting, giving each participant individual attention to improve mobility, core stability, and technique. Whether you're working on explosive power for carving turns or enhancing flexibility to prevent injuries, this program helps you perform at your peak. Plus, the skills and knowledge you gain will keep you in prime form all season long.

By the end of the program, you'll feel stronger, more resilient, and ready to take on any challenge the mountain throws your way. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, this is the perfect way to boost confidence, sharpen your skills, and have your best winter season yet!

  • 60 minute sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays that include warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
